Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures of the food, but hopefully the descriptions do it justice. To start, we ordered a bottle of a nice Montepulciano and split a Guanciale pizza with black truffles and a sunny side up egg. For the pasta course, I had pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage (so perfect for fall) and the rest of the table had orecchiette with spicy sausage and rapini; gnocchi al'Amatriciana; and rigatoni with pork sugo and housemade ricotta. We followed the pasta course with a grilled ribeye with roasted potatoes split among the table. Lastly, we finished the night off with some tiramisu and marscapone cheesecake.
While I did not remember to take any pictures of the food (too busy enjoying it), I did remember to take some shots of my date night outfit. I chose my new Yumi Kim silk dress, paired with my Rock&Republic studded pumps, Louis Vuitton purse, burberry watch, and a simple necklace. See below.
Dress: Yumi Kim | Shoes: Rock&Republic
